Who SunniHub is for
SunniHub is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.
What is not allowed
Nobody may use SunniHub to:
- share, ask for or link to sexual imagery of anyone under 18, including drawn, edited or AI-generated imagery;
- groom a child: contacting, befriending or pressuring a minor for sexual purposes;
- sexualise children in words, images or video;
- threaten to share intimate images of a minor, or demand anything in exchange for not sharing them;
- traffic, sell or advertise children for any sexual purpose.
How to report
- In the app or on the website: open the menu on the post, comment, profile or message and choose Report. Pick Other and say that it concerns a child. Reports go straight to our moderators.
- By email: write to support@sunnihub.com with a link to the content or account.
Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them. When you report someone from an encrypted conversation, your device sends the last few messages it can read with the report, so a moderator can see them.
If a child is in immediate danger, call the police first (112 in India, or your local emergency number), then tell us.
What we do
- We take the content down so that nobody else can see it, and suspend the account that posted it.
- We keep the material and the account’s records securely, and only for the authorities, rather than deleting them, so they can be used as evidence.
- We report it to the authorities, as below.
Working with the authorities
We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, including India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Act. We report child sexual abuse material to India’s National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and to the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We answer lawful requests from the police and other authorities.

Our point of contact for child safety, for members, Google and the authorities, is support@sunnihub.com.
